Work schedule: In shifts
Responsibilities:
Preparing cakes, tarts, and other confectionery products according to Lapterra recipes and standards;
Respecting weights, recipes, and production procedures;
Ensuring the quality, taste, and appearance of finished products;
Respecting hygiene and food safety standards;
Organizing and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace;
Efficient collaboration with the rest of the team for smooth operation.
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience in the confectionery field: -Minimum 2 years
Knowledge of dessert preparation techniques;
Attention to detail, precision, and responsibility;
Ability to organize and meet deadlines;
Seriousness, punctuality, and team spirit;
