MAIN ACTIVITIES Performs professional accounting tasks, involving the review of source documents used for accounting, keeping registers or other records and preparing periodic and specific financial reports in accordance with accounting standards and internal procedures; Verifies whether accounting documents comply with legal requirements, internal procedures and resolves discrepancies; Records accounting data using the SAP system, data related to the area of responsibility; Prepares monthly closing, by reconciling data related to suppliers and customers and verifies specific accounts; Prepares reports related to suppliers and customers and monitors the outstanding situation for each supplier in its area of responsibility; Actively participates in monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements, external and internal audits; Proposes and implements improvements to procedures and tools. Actively participates in the digitalization and automation of its area of responsibility; Acts as a contact person for internal departments and external business partners.
