Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitors continuous quality improvement, reduction of non-conformities and increase in customer satisfaction through monitoring and corrective measures;
• Develops quality concepts for existing production;
• Analyzes internal quality issues;
• Drafts documentation and reports specific to the activity;
• Applies the necessary measures to ensure quality standards and coordinates them with specialized departments;
• Performs internal and external audits;
• Resolves customer complaints.
Requirements
• Technical higher education degree;
• English language at a conversational level; Italian language at an intermediate level is an advantage;
• Experience in the quality field is an advantage (knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, QRQC, PARETO Analysis, 8D Report, 5S, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001);
• Customer orientation;
• Advanced skills in using MS Office (especially Excel); SAP - advantage;
• Analysis, communication and teamwork skills.
