Shift Supervisor – Plastic Injection Molding

Are you an organized person who knows how to lead a team and keep production on track? We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to coordinate shift activity on the injection molding machine line and ensure that each shift ends with the plan fulfilled and with quality products. What you will do: - You will coordinate and supervise the shift team, organizing the operators' activity - You will ensure that the production process on the injection molding machines works without interruptions - You will track compliance with the production plan and product quality standards - You will collaborate with the Technical and Quality departments to quickly resolve any issues that arise What we are looking for in you: - Completed secondary education (high school or vocational school); technical training (mechanics, electromechanics, plastics) is an advantage - Coordination and communication skills, ability to make decisions on the spot - Seriousness, responsibility, and team spirit - Experience in coordinating a production team is an advantage - Experience in plastic injection molding is an advantage, but not mandatory What we offer: - Employment contract for an indefinite period - Salary package of 4.100 lei net/month: 3.500 lei net salary + 600 lei meal tickets - Fuel reimbursement for commuting to the workplace - 3-shift schedule: • Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:00 • Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00 • Shift 3: 22:00 – 06:00 Location: Bacău How to apply: Press the “Aplică” button on this page and send us your CV.
