- Previous experience in sales or customer relations, with demonstrable results
- Relevant technical skills and a solid base of knowledge in the field
- Professional training: completed studies that support the role of Container Rental Agent
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Openness to travel and adaptability
- Conversational English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Requirements
Job descriptionThe main responsibilities include:
- Handing over and taking back containers offered for rent
- Completing and verifying the necessary documents: contracts, handover-takeover reports
- Careful checking of the condition of the containers upon handover and return, identifying damages and applying related costs
- Preparing containers for delivery to customers
- Communicating contractual terms and conditions to customers
- Maintaining efficient communication with customers and the company
- Frequent travel at a national level
